From today, July 12th, 2022, we are excited to announce that we are extending the Best Before Date of Radix meal ranges to 5 years from the date of manufacture and significantly increasing our estimated shelf life to 10+ years. Provided products are stored accordingly.
We have achieved this through our continual pursuit of improvements across design and manufacturing. This change is retroactive and applies to any of our meal ranges with a manufacturing date of November 1st 2021, and later.
We have always taken a conservative approach to our products’ Best Before Date and Expiry Date. This approach has allowed us time to conduct our real-time shelf-life studies and attain the data needed to achieve this decision.
We can also say that this is the first significant milestone on a pathway that will see us further increase the shelf life of our meal range in the future while protecting the nutritional value and flavour of our natural ingredients.
