T&Cs
1) What a subscription is
By starting a subscription, you authorise Radix Nutrition to create a new order at a monthly frequency and to charge the payment method saved to your account for
each subscription order.
2) Minimum commitment
Subscriptions have a three-order minimum. You may cancel after three subscription orders have been completed.
3) Changes & skips
You can change product selections, quantities, shipping details, or skip a shipment anytime before the order is placed. Once an order is placed, normal order-change/cancellation rules apply.
4) Cancellation
After the three-order minimum is met, you may cancel at any time through your
account portal or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect for
future orders only.
5) Payment issues
If a payment fails, we may notify you and reattempt the charge. If payment cannot
be completed, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.
