At Radix Nutrition, we pride ourselves on using quality wholefood ingredients to create our natural, nutrient-dense product range.
One of those key ingredients is the apples in our best-selling Apple and Cinnamon breakfasts. Radix works with third-generation orchardists, New Zealand Apple Products, based in sunny Nelson at the top of the South Island to source the highest quality, fresh apples.
The family business, now run by Stephan Clark, was established by his grandfather Fred in 1933 when we saw the potential of his land and converted it into an orchard.
Stephan joined the business in 1996 and since then has blended tradition and innovation to continue evolving New Zealand Apple Products. Now, they process over 3000 tonnes of apples per year to supply companies like Radix, and their own brand Fruit Hits.
